We always adapt billing of legal services to suit your preferences: Legal services or related services are always provided at an hourly rate, which is specific to the given case. Flat rate legal services or related services are provided on the basis of long-term cooperation at reduced rates through a regular monthly fee. Should you believe that this billing method is inconvenient for you, you may simply inform us at any time that you wish to change your billing method. Complex legal services for a project – fixed remuneration for legal or related services is agreed upon prior to commencing work based on the anticipated scope of legal services for a given case. In such case the remuneration is fixed and we always guarantee the agreed price despite any complications or supplementary tasks that may arise.
